I'll be honest, it stresses me out that people think I should have baby #2 on the way by now. I
feel like as great as it is to be a mom, I'm barely surviving with the one I've got. How will I ever handle 2? No really, how will I? (And since we are on the topic, who came up with the 18 months to 2 years age difference for kids?!)

i feel extremely sorry for people who can't gate off their kitchen....come on!!!
oh yes, and i also feel sorry for you that you are getting sleep at night and not having to pee every 2 minutes. also that you aren't freaking about how to handle baby number 2! really....i feel sorry for you, it is the joy of my life. its so fun...won't you join me!
(please not heavy sarcasm....the stupid internet needs to have a sarcastic font or something)
We had a gate up to the kitchen. But then while climbing over it I injured my toe twice, and snagged my favorite dress, and I was so mad that I said it needed to come down ASAP! There are locks on all the drawers and cabinets now, but that one paticular one isn't working well at the moment.
As for the other stuff.... sucka' :) You totally fell for all that stuff.
i don't know that anyone actually "says" that (18 mo,-2 years)...it just seems like it usually works out that way (0:
and i actually cried when i found out #3 was on the way when i had a 15 month old and a "challenging" 2 year old! i did survive...but there was many a day i wondered if i would!
and you should REALLY try to stop making so many messes for judson to clean up. you're going to wear him out!
Mother- must you keep telling everyone about being so upset when you found you were expecting me?
To each their own but, personally, after doing the 22 months apart thing, I personally think the 3 year difference between kids is the way to go. Obviously I went a little extreme this time with the 5 year gap but I must admit it's awesome having a baby with the other kids in school.
